We, of the class of 2000 has installed a brand new Mentorship programme for all of you at CET.
The crux of the programme goes like this:
The mentorship programme is designed to
1. help students of the future batches of CET to get in touch with their alumni.
2. help them garner more information regarding: subject matter at CET, universities of higher studies, research work, the possible topics for doing M.S, M.Tech, M.B.A etc in US and in India.
3. Possible tips for attending interviews, doubts on anything under the sun that is Mechanical related etc or anything else....
Any other such causes can be added on your suggestions
HOW DOES MENTORSHIP WORK??
The idea is to allow students to ask questions by sending mails to a common pool. The questions are then sorted according to the topic it represents and dispatched to the person(s) who is/are best suited to answer the qn(s).
***We will be sending the mail to atleast three alumni members so that you get enough info about your subject matter.
Once the mentors receive the questions,they will try to answer them to the best of their knowledge.
The mentors will answer your questions directly from their mail id. This will be of help to you because you can clarify the answers from them directly instead of going through the common pool.

In the subject line you may write area or topic on which your doubt is based.
Please ensure that you make use of this facility which is just the beginning of a long and fruitful association that we as Alumni will be having with you...
